Privacy Policy

Summary

TriPeaks is a social-casino solitaire game with guest play and optional Google sign-in on Android. Play Chips are virtual entertainment credits with no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed. The game does not offer real-money gambling or prizes of real-world value.

Guest Play and Local Progress

An account is not required. The app stores XP, star ratings, personal streaks, cosmetic choices, daily-reward position, accessibility settings, Play Chips balance, the active stake transaction, and an in-progress board in app-private storage on the device.

After optional Google sign-in, the player can explicitly back up the progression and board-resume save to Firebase Cloud Storage and restore it on another installation. The cloud copy is stored in a private path tied to the authenticated Firebase user ID. Firebase Cloud Storage is the source of truth for the gameplay save payload and restore.

After a successful backup, the app also records a separate UID-scoped Firebase Cloud Firestore metadata document. It contains only the save schema/version, save size, integrity digest, and a server timestamp. It does not contain the gameplay save payload or Google profile details. Accessibility settings and personal streak files remain device-local.

Clearing the app's local data or uninstalling removes local progress.

Optional Google Sign-In

If the player chooses Google sign-in, Android Credential Manager and Firebase Authentication process the selected account credential. The app receives and displays the authenticated Firebase UID, display name, email address, and profile-picture URL when available.

Google ID tokens are used to authenticate with Firebase. They are not logged, written to the TriPeaks local save, or exposed to the game-script layer.

Authentication data is used for account access, account management, and protecting the player's cloud backup. Gameplay backup data is used only to provide backup and restore. The app does not use either for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Service Providers

• Google Identity / Android Credential Manager: account selection and credential delivery.
• Firebase Authentication: credential verification, authenticated session, sign-out, and account deletion.
• Firebase Cloud Storage: private gameplay backup, restore, and deletion under the authenticated Firebase UID.
• Firebase Cloud Firestore: a private, UID-scoped metadata record for a successful cloud backup; it does not store the gameplay save payload.

Their processing is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy documentation.

Advertising, Analytics, Purchases, and Tracking

This release contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, or in-app billing integration. When optional cloud sync is configured and a player requests a backup, Firebase Cloud Storage and Firebase Cloud Firestore are used only for that backup and its limited metadata described above. The app does not sell personal information or track players across other apps or websites.

Account and Data Deletion

The Settings screen provides Sign Out and Delete Account actions. Delete Account requires fresh reauthentication of the same Google account before it begins. It then serially deletes the user's Firebase Cloud Firestore metadata, Firebase Cloud Storage backup, and Firebase Authentication user, and clears the device credential state. If any remote cleanup step cannot complete, deletion stops and the user remains authenticated so they can retry. Firebase may require the player to sign in again before deletion.

Local gameplay progress remains on the device after account deletion and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

If you cannot use the in-app Settings > Delete Account flow, you may email a deletion request to eastlinglehenbauervp188@gmail.com. Send the request from, or clearly identify, the Google email address used to sign in. Do not send passwords, Google or Firebase ID tokens, or save files. An email request is a contact route only; it does not automatically delete an account.

Children

TriPeaks contains simulated gambling and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children and should not be distributed through Google Play Families.

Play Chips

Play Chips are free-only in this release. They cannot be purchased, sold, traded, gifted, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, services, or prizes. A fixed rescue grant prevents purchase-gated play.

Changes

This policy will be updated when account, monetization, analytics, advertising, or cloud behavior changes.
