Account and Data Deletion

This page explains the intended in-app process for deleting an optional TriPeaks cloud account and its associated cloud data.

Start deletion in the app

To start deletion, open the TriPeaks Settings screen and choose Delete Account. This web page provides instructions only: it does not collect account details, provide a web request form, or start a deletion on your behalf.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app Settings > Delete Account flow, you may email a deletion request to eastlinglehenbauervp188@gmail.com. Send the request from, or clearly identify, the Google email address used to sign in.

Do not send passwords, Google or Firebase ID tokens, or save files. An email request is a contact route only; it does not automatically delete an account.

Account requirements

The in-app deletion flow needs a current Google Sign-In session. Before deletion begins, fresh reauthentication with the same Google account is required to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

This describes the deletion flow for a release with optional Google Sign-In and Firebase cloud services configured. It does not confirm that those optional services are enabled or production-verified in every release.

What the cloud deletion flow removes

After successful reauthentication, remote cleanup occurs serially in this order:

  1. The UID-scoped Firebase Cloud Firestore metadata record.
  2. The Firebase Cloud Storage gameplay backup.
  3. The Firebase Authentication user.
  4. The Google credential state held on the device.

If any remote cleanup step fails, deletion stops before later steps run. The account remains available in the app so the player can retry instead of leaving the request in an unreported partial state.

Device-local progress

Deleting a cloud account does not delete gameplay progress stored only on the device. To remove device-local progress separately, clear the TriPeaks app data in Android settings or uninstall the app.
